Ingo Holland ‘Mélange Noir’ black peppers spice blend: clearly not a wine; but a wine friend gave this to me in Germany; intensely aromatic, the long pepper really shines through; a tiny pinch adds a lovely and intense aromatic spicy punch to anything; even a few tiny ground grains almost overpower a vinaigrette. A lovely piece of flavour-work.
